Hey! I’m Kimberly.
I love to bake – and occasionally cook – but my dishes usually don’t look like the Instagram food porn you may be used to. I even went to Culinary School for a year where I made the perfect oeufs a la neige (it was actually judged and received a perfect score – my oeufs don’t lie).
I make messes, I burn things but sometimes it still turns out absolutely delicious. And other times? Yeah, I have to throw it in the garbage, wash it down the sink or occasionally put it outside because the smoke would cause my detector to go off.
My pupper, Walter, joins me in the kitchen as the un-official and un-regulated taste tester. He has tried granola bars, peanut butter straight from the jar and actual garbage – so he has a pretty selective palette.
